Once upon a time there was the historic Trattoria Baria, founded by Gigin de' Baria way back in 1939. The restaurant was located in a small village by the sea and, over the years, it became a point of reference for the locals and for travelers looking for good food.
On June 10, 1939, Gigin's daughter, Delia, put dishes on the table to eat as well as drink: steamed muscles and pickled anchovies. This change aroused immense curiosity among the regular visitors, who used to spend their evenings playing cards and petanque, drinking wine.
But there was still one member of the Baria family who wanted to bring a touch of innovation to the trattoria. Francesco, the last descendant and lover of conviviality, had an idea: to organize a special evening in which the guests would have to pass riddles and tests of culinary ability to taste the most delicious dishes.
Francesco involved the cooks Ilaria and Cristina, young culinary talents, in the creation of this unique evening. Together, they devised a journey of food and wine riddles, in which guests had to demonstrate their culinary knowledge and pass skill tests in preparing some typical dishes of the restaurant.
The Bruschetteria Bruschini was born as an innovation of a traditional Italian dish which, through the search for the best raw materials, available in the area, tries to provide a unique and quality product.Our Chefs periodically study new recipes and combinations of flavors paying attention to the production and to the seasonality of the products. In addition to a wide choice of our traditional and gourmet bruschetta, we also have a selection of cutting boards, hot and cold dishes. Our delicious finger foods are excellent for starting dinner waiting for a delicious modular cutting board in many ways.In fact, we offer our customers the customization of the cutting board by choosing from various sizes according to the tastes they want to taste from our menu.
